Have you been told to take a daily low-dose aspirin to help prevent a heart attack or stroke? If so, please watch the video below to learn about the danger of daily aspirin therapy.

So what’s the bottom line?

  • Aspirin is a powerful DRUG…not something you should take lightly just because you have been led to believe it is safe.
  • Aspirin’s negative side effects may outweigh the potential benefits when taken by many healthy or older people.
  • You should NEVER take aspirin on a regular basis without first consulting your physician.
  • Your physician can evaluate all of your unique risk factors and determine if daily aspirin therapy is right for you.
  • Make sure you understand what your risk factors are and don’t be afraid to ask questions!

You can also do your own research and find alternative ways to improve heart health …just make sure you do it under the guidance of your physician (I hope that point is clear).
