		<description>Thank you for posting this article. I was drinking soy because I can&#039;t drink milk. I thought like the article says that it was healthier for you. Good to know that it is not. I tried the almond milk and it is so much better than soy milk anyway. I didn&#039;t like the fact that soy milk overpowered my cereal. Almond milk enhances the flavor. I am so glad to make the switch. I totally agree with Pete&#039;s wife, the non refrigerated milks are not that great. 

Switch to almond milk.</description>

		<description>I am a big fan of coconut milk. The calories are a little higher and has more fat but there is less sugar, less carbohydrates, and less sodium. The protein is the same as almond milk, so I add egg white protein powder to my milk, not whey protein as it does contain cow&#039;s milk. Also the vitamin content is higher than in 2% or 1% cow&#039;s milk too.</description>
