These are some really good tips from Craig Ballantyne.

I&#039;ve personally used tips #1,2,3 and 4 and know that they can help improve your results.

As for tip #5 about shuttle running; I haven&#039;t done those since high school, but used to love the sprints.  I&#039;ll be sure to add those back into my mix and relive my high school days!
