		<description>I always thought that fasting was a bad thing, but this sounds like it really works. I thought it was good to eat healthy ever few hours. Which has helped me lose weight. But after the holidays and my travels to Ithaca, NY (family travels) I did lose control. For some reason we never ate until 9pm, when I usually ate before 5pm. So I have been feeling so bloated and disgusted. So I am going to try it this week and see if I can get out of this rut.</description>
