Hey Clint,

Yeah...they can be tough at first. If you can't make it a whole day, try eating breakfast and then fasting until dinner. Do that once or twice per week until you get used to it. Then kick it up a notch by eating breakfast, and then not eating again until breakfast the next day. This is a full 24-hour fast. Again, do this once or twice per week until your body gets used to it. At that point you're ready to try a 36-hour fast. So, say for example your last meal was dinner today (Monday), then you don't eat again until breakfast on Wednesday. I can manage a 36-hour fast every now and again, but I usually just stick to the 24-hour ones...they are just easier for me. What's really cool is the more your body gets used to fasting, the easier it becomes and less you actually have to eat.

Eat STOP Eat ROCKS...and is definitely my favorite "diet" book.

Good luck with the fast and let me know how it works for you!

Best wishes,

Pete

Thanks Bret...I appreciate your feedback. The best thing is that intermittent fasting really works! I used it before and after the 5 Days conference...and you know how much I ate and drank at The Bourbon restaurant...and I only gain 1/2 pound that entire week. It's crazy! Give it a try sometime.
